Casey Smedberg

Casey Smedberg received her BA in English and Political Science from Gordon College in Massachusetts; an MA in Medieval Literatures from the University of York in England; and an MA in English from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. Her research interests primarily include literary depictions of twelfth-century warfare, the development of the concept of just war in the early twelfth century, Arthurian narratives, and textual depictions of space and direction.
